The E4 and E5 surgery services, located on our site Assistant in community nursing and health care (ASSC) The E4 and E5 surgery services, located on our site in Delémont, take care of patients requiring interventions in various specialties such as visceral surgery, urology and traumatology. Our multidisciplinary teams ensure optimal and personalized follow-up throughout the care pathway. In order to complete the staff at our Delémont site, we are looking for, for a fixed term from 1 September 2026 to the end of December 2026 at the minimum, a: Assistant in community nursing and health care (ASSC) Responsibilities \- Ensure basic care and specific care under the supervision of nursing staff, as well as medico-delegated acts according to current protocols. \- Participate in supporting patients in activities of daily living. \- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to guarantee optimal care. \- Provide individualized, relational, technical care and logistical activities \- Document interventions and observations in the patient file. Qualifications \- CFC as assistant in community nursing and health care (ASSC) or a title deemed equivalent. \- Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas. \- Experience in a hospital environment, ideally in surgery, is an asset. \- Ability to adapt, sense of responsibility and team spirit. \- Availability for irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
