Tasks ##

• You are responsible for ensuring qualified nursing services according to contemporary nursing and treatment approaches and efficiently delegating tasks to employees with different levels of competence.
• You perform nursing and medical-technical activities, predominantly in complex unstable situations.
• You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises.
• You assume responsibility during the night shift on the ward and for the house.
• You participate in the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and cooperation.

Profile ##

• Pronounced sense of responsibility, the ability to think in networks, and high resilience
• Great organizational skills with an exact way of working
• Enthusiasm for independent work, combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a Nursing Specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• A warm and humorous basic attitude with a pronounced orientation towards people
