On behalf of our client, a human-sized artisanal company, we are looking for a qualified kitchen installer to strengthen its teams.

Kitchen Fitter / Installer (M/F/D) – Temporary with a view to permanent employment

• Sector of activity: Construction sites on the Côte
• Type of contract: Temporary mission with a view to permanent employment (long term)
• Activity rate: 100%
• Start date: Immediately

Joiner Fitter (M/F)

Main missions:

• Assembly, installation, and adjustment of kitchen furniture and fittings on new or renovation construction sites.
• Adjustment of fronts, precise cutting and fitting of boards and worktops.
• Installation, connection, and built-in fitting of household appliances and plumbing elements.
• Careful finishing (silicone, joints, edge banding, alignment checks).
• Final inspection of installations and professional interaction with customers.

Profile sought:

• MINIMUM 6 months MANDATORY experience in Switzerland in a kitchen installer / fitter position (verifiable references).
• Driver's license (Cat. B) MANDATORY.
• Possession of a complete basic set of power tools.
• Professional training in the field of wood or joinery (CFC in Joinery / Cabinetmaking or a title deemed equivalent, a real asset).
• Great autonomy, precision, attention to detail, and a strong sense of customer service.
• Proficiency in the French language (oral and written).
