Dispatcher in Transport (a) 100%

Your tasks:

• You independently plan and dispatch national groupage transports as well as partial and complete loads, ensuring economic and environmentally conscious transport processing.
• As a central contact person, you coordinate the cooperation between sales, customers, and driving staff and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• You look after and advise customers by telephone in a friendly, competent, and solution-oriented manner.
• You coordinate the deployment of the driving staff, plan the daily processes, and support the employees in their tasks.
• You work closely with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers.
• You perform general administrative work and ensure the correct processing of daily business.

What you bring with you:

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent further education.
• You mandatory bring several years of professional experience as a transport dispatcher in Switzerland. Experience in the groupage sector is an advantage.
• You are prepared to work in shift operations between approx. 04:30 and 22:30.
• You convince through your strong customer orientation as well as a structured, efficient, and independent way of working.
• Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview, act responsibly, and appear confident and professional.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form. French skills are a plus.
