Project Manager Real Estate Development and Construction Management (m/f)

Your field of activity

What you will achieve with us:

• you lead your projects holistically through the development process and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders
• you think entrepreneurially: you are responsible for the project business plan, budget planning, and prepare decision-making bases and budget requests for the Executive Board and Board of Directors
• you manage the right partners: from planning and construction management to general contractors and through to marketing and sales
• you develop the right product for the market: target group, positioning, sustainability, and marketing strategy are just as much a part of it as the structural concept up to the handover of keys
• you keep costs and quality under control: you define cost targets, create construction descriptions and costs, and consistently manage optimizations
• you accompany projects until realization: from the development decision through planning and construction to the handover of keys and flawless operation
• For condominium projects, you are responsible for the sales process together with external partners and ensure the return

What you bring with you

We are not simply looking for a specific CV. The decisive factor is that you understand real estate, want to take on responsibility, and can lead projects to success entrepreneurially.

Ideally, you also bring:

• a sound education in the field of architecture, engineering, real estate, construction, or business administration, or a comparable background
• experience in project development, project management, construction management, or client representation
• entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense for costs, quality, and the market
• knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, especially in the Zurich and Eastern Switzerland regions
• confidence in dealing with permit procedures as well as planner, work, and real estate contracts
• a convincing and integrous appearance as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness towards authorities, partners, and contractors
• an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• high level of personal responsibility
• very good German language skills and enjoyment of clear communication
• willingness to be on the move for your projects in the Zurich and Eastern Switzerland regions
