IT Operation Engineer SME customers 80-100 % Zürich-Flughafen or St. Gallen

You manage complex Microsoft customer infrastructures and ensure secure, stable, and efficient operation. In doing so, you contribute your expertise to the further development of our IT systems and work closely with internal stakeholders and customers.

For our location St. Gallen or Zürich Kloten we are looking as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement for a committed personality as an IT Operation Engineer.

Your role ##

• Further development of customer environments On-Premise and Cloud environments
• Administration and operation of Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows 11
• Intune and SCCM administration for device and software control
• Construction and support of server environments 2nd-/3rd-level support incl. incident and problem management
• Support of Windows server services (AD, DHCP, GPO, print service)
• Integration of new customer locations into the existing infrastructure
• Collaboration in IT projects for the further development of the system landscape
• Implementation of security policies and participation in on-call service

Your profile ##

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification (e.g., HF, FH, federal diploma)
• Sound knowledge of Windows servers, clients, M365 and Azure
• Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
• Enjoyment of customer consulting and professional appearance
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written (C1- level)
• Readiness for on-call availability and for working in dynamic environments
