Hinwil \| 80-100% Your contribution • Assume overall responsibility for the Transmission/communication/electronic systems/general workshops sector with the specialist areas Communication Systems, Weapon Systems and Technical Systems in the CLEs-H sector • Ensure the specialist and personnel leadership of four subordinate employees, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation and deployment planning • Direct at a specialist level and monitor all maintenance and repair processes within your areas of responsibility • Ensure efficient, safe and high-quality workshop operation, in compliance with all relevant criteria • Assume responsibility for the financial aspects of the cost centers, including budget preparation, cost control and the implementation of optimization measures • Further strategic development of the sector in terms of organization, processes, technologies and resource use <br /> What distinguishes you • Apprenticeship in the multimedia, IT or electronic field, as a mechanic or in a related profession • Advanced training at the higher professional education level in a technical field, with complementary qualifications in the field of computer, telematics or communication systems, ideally relating to security-relevant technical systems or complex technical systems; or advanced training in the field of leadership management, or advanced training in business administration as well as in project and process management • Responsible conduct, focused on safety and quality, taking into account your experience in leading a large team (ideally in a decentralized organization with multiple locations) • Deep understanding of complex and interconnected technical systems, as well as their use in security-relevant application contexts • Structured problem-solving skills and an analytical approach • High propensity for learning and affinity for new technologies <br /> In summary Are complex systems, cross-organizational processes and strategic implementation the challenge you are looking for?
