Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Responsibility for a defined area in the production environment along the entire HR life cycle; from recruiting, performance & development to compensation & benefits, through to support and offboarding • Sparring partner for our managers - you advise pragmatically, at eye level, and support them in all people topics • Participation in versatile HR projects, where you set impulses and design sustainable solutions • Further development and optimization of our HR processes so that we continuously become more efficient • Meaningful HR reporting that creates transparency and serves as a basis for decision-making for management YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • HR specialist with federal diploma (eidg.
