Introduction

Pflegefachperson HF who competently accompanies and provides nursing support to people with physical and/or cognitive impairments. Tasks

Professional implementation of basic and treatment care

Implementation of medical-technical tasks according to your qualification

Individual accompaniment and support of people with multiple impairments in everyday life

Participation in the interdisciplinary key person system

Creation, implementation, and evaluation of nursing and care plans

Cooperation with relatives as well as legal representatives

Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts

Profile

Completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF or an equivalently recognized qualification

Professional experience in the health or social sector is an advantage

Enjoyment of working with people requiring support

High social competence, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team

Very good German language skills in speaking and writing

Physical and mental resilience

Good user knowledge of MS-Office programs
