You check reservations and accompany clients to their table. You personalize the welcome by taking into account the preferences and habits of our clientele. You respond to phone calls and emails with reactivity and professionalism. You anticipate the needs related to groups, events and special requests. Sought profile Training in hotel and restaurant management, tourism or reception. 2 to 5 years of experience in a gastronomic establishment, luxury hotel or starred restaurant. Fluent French is essential. Professional English is required. A third language is an asset.
