Team Leader Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 80 - 100%

starting August 1st or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 23 guests
• Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees
• Planning and leading of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports
• Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP
• Leadership and control, participation as team leader in nursing reports, nursing specialist discussions and
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts
• Active participation in the further development of the nursing services in the operation
• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Assumption of tasks as daily responsibility and contact person for nursing
• Assumption of tasks as topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• RAI – knowledge is an advantage or willingness to attend the courses, Coordinator and Supervisor (will be paid for)
