To complete our team of line bus drivers, we are looking for an autonomous person as Technical and Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d) 60% for the Zofingen site starting from 1 January 2027

Your tasks

• You take charge of the technical maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle fleet, including workshop coordination, inspections, and warranty/insurance cases
• You plan and monitor maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, and downtime, and accompany the handover and transformation of vehicles
• You ensure the availability of the electric bus fleet, the charging infrastructure, and the operational facilities
• You manage bus stops and passenger information, including maintenance, modifications, coordination with authorities, and accessible development
• You maintain technical documentation, contracts, deadlines, and costs, and support the site management with the budget and projects
• You perform driving services according to operational needs (if category D license is held)

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training, preferably in the field of utility vehicles, automotive technology, electrotechnology, building technology, or maintenance
• Experience in technical maintenance and coordination of external workshops or service providers
• Technical understanding of utility and electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, operations, and stops
• Commercial understanding, very good knowledge of German, and confident mastery of digital tools
• Autonomous and structured way of working, sense of organization, and a reliable attitude
• Driving licenses categories B and C: mandatory requirement, D an advantage
