Mortgage Financing Client Advisor (M/F)

For our client based in Genève, we are actively looking for a Mortgage Financing Client Advisor.

Your responsibilities ##

On behalf of our client, a recognized banking institution, we are looking for a Mortgage Financing Client Advisor wishing to contribute actively to the development of the real estate financing business.

In this capacity, you:

• Develop, manage, and retain a portfolio of clients regarding mortgage financing.
• Analyze your clients' needs and support them in implementing financing solutions adapted to their real estate project.
• Study credit requests, compile financing files, and ensure their follow-up until completion.
• Actively participate in the acquisition of new clients through your network and your business development actions.
• Identify opportunities for complementary advice and contribute to the promotion of banking services and pension solutions.
• Collaborate closely with specialized teams as well as internal services in order to guarantee efficient processing of files.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and the bank's internal procedures.

Your profile ##

• Holder of a Swiss banking training or a degree deemed equivalent.
• You have proven experience in mortgage financing within a banking institution in Switzerland.
• You possess solid knowledge in real estate credit, financial analysis, and the banking regulatory environment.
• You have a good understanding of the Swiss pension system and its interactions with real estate financing.
• SAQ certification is an appreciated asset.
• Equipped with an excellent commercial sense, you know how to develop lasting relationships of trust with your clients and partners.
• Recognized for your analytical and negotiation skills, you are able to support your clients in high value-added projects.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented, you enjoy environments where the quality of advice and client satisfaction are key success factors.
• Proficiency in English represents an additional advantage.
