What you can move.
You continue to design and develop the architecture of the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services. You contribute to a stable and secure working environment of SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You translate requirements from business, operations, security, and architecture into viable solutions and contribute them in a structured manner, including transparent information flow to relevant architecture committees and stakeholders. As a central contact person for technical questions, you keep architecture and system documentation up to date and ensure traceable, maintainable, and operationally anchored services. You analyze and evaluate security vulnerabilities promptly and manage the remediation in central vulnerability management. You support the Product Owner with sound assessments of feasibility, impacts, risks, and costs and work closely with System and Solution Architects on cross-service topics.
What you bring with you.
You work in a team-oriented manner with different stakeholders and bring high initiative and willingness to learn in an agile environment. Structured and reliable way of working with strong problem analysis, prioritization, and networked thinking, as well as clear, audience-appropriate communication. Several years of experience in the engineering and operation of Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, as well as basic knowledge of adjacent Microsoft components such as Exchange, Entra ID, and Azure (Function, App Service, and SQL). Experience in the architecture and conception of solutions and automations in the Microsoft 365 environment, ideally in medium-sized or large companies, as well as a basic understanding of interface architectures. Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and interest in a meaningful integration into Collaboration Services and proficient handling of Jira and Confluence. A higher technical education in computer science or business informatics (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) or an equivalent further education, as well as fluent German in speaking and writing (C1) and English at a good level (B2).
