For our customer in the Biel Seeland region, we are looking for a setter (a) 100% Area of responsibility: ------ Conversion of injection molding machines: You will take over the conversion and setting up of injection molding machines of the brands Engel, Arburg, Demag, Ferromatik. ------ Setting the injection molding machines: You are responsible for the precise setting of the machines to ensure optimal production. ------ The ability to program robots of the brands Engel, Arburg and Geiger is an additional advantage. You will also receive training and support. ------ Responsibility/ monitoring of product quality ------ Documentation of production key figures ------ Instruction of machine operators: You conduct training and instructions for machine operators regarding packaging instructions and part quality to ensure a smooth production process. ------ Maintenance and cleaning work on the systems What you bring with you: ------ Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastic and rubber technology (2-5 years of professional experience in the plastics industry) ------ Experience in setting up and operating injection molding machines ------ Experience in programming linear robots (Engel, Arburg, Geiger) is welcome. ------ Careful, responsible way of working with technical understanding ------ Team and communication skills, also in the instruction of machine operators ------ Readiness to work in shift operation (early and late shifts) ------ Good German skills in speaking and writing Interested?
