Within a "pilot" workshop, you will mainly perform manual polishing operations and finishing in watchmaking finishing.
Permanent - 100% rate - Day shifts
Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:

Job description ###

• Perform manual polishing, brightening, and felt preparation operations
• Ensure complete finishing on conventional machines in watchmaking finishing
• Prepare surfaces and perform necessary rework before finishing
• Occasionally intervene on simple robotized CNC machines for certain operations
• Perform dimensional and aesthetic controls of components
• Define polishing sequences and participate in specific tooling / fixtures
• Contribute to continuous improvement and follow daily production indicators

Profile ###

• Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking finishing or deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in manual polishing and watchmaking finishing
• Good dexterity, aesthetic sense, rigor, autonomy and attention to detail
• CNC knowledge appreciated; dual competence in manual polishing / CNC is a strong asset
