Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special requests • Responsible for regeneration, completion and commissioning of food • Jointly responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Material and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Joint responsibility for controlling management and quality management Your profile • Completed cooking training with professional experience • Long-term experience in the area of warm and cold cuisine, completion/regeneration and commissioning of food • Professional and independent working attitude • Flair for arranging and decorating food • Willingness to work at events and catering • Knowledge of system gastronomy and à la carte kitchen • Driving license B is a requirement • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good knowledge of German in word and writing Why Tertianum?
