To strengthen our team in the decoration area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Visual Merchandising Employee 50% (m/f/d) at the Thun location, starting 02.11.2026, temporary until 31.12.2026. ##

Your responsibility

• Together with your team, you are responsible for the setup of promotions and polyvalent zones.
• You ensure an appealing and customer-oriented presentation of goods.
• You consistently implement the given visual briefings.
• You ensure the control and maintenance of price labels and spotlighting.
• You successfully implement the requirements for window display design.
• You work closely with the sales staff and the visual employees.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training as a Polydesigner 3D or as a Dekorationsgestalterin EFZ.
• You bring extensive professional experience as a Polydesigner*in 3D, ideally in retail.
• You are characterized by a strong flair for a creative and stylish presentation of products.
• You are enthusiastic about the lifestyle area and attach great importance to an attractive sales area.
• You bring very good IT skills in common Office applications and are proficient in handling digital tools.
• You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
