Head of Management (m/f/d) Join a leading professional organization The Fédération Suisse des Avocats (FSA) is the national umbrella organization for the legal profession in Switzerland. It represents the interests of approximately 13 000 lawyers to political bodies, authorities, and international organizations. It works to promote and strengthen the rule of law, encourages the initial and continuing education of its members, and offers a wide range of services intended for lawyers. As part of a planned succession, the position of Head of Management (m/f/d) is to be filled. In this key function, with the support of the management team, you ensure the operational management of the Federation and its service company. You are responsible for the management of human resources, finances, services, events, as well as professional communication, both internal and external. You also represent the interests of the legal profession in Switzerland to authorities, political decision-makers, and international organizations, and ensure the monitoring of relevant legislative projects. You hold a Master in Swiss law and have perfect command of German, both spoken and written. You communicate with ease and confidence in French and English. You possess solid management experience, excellent organizational skills, as well as in-depth knowledge in finance and business management. Experience within associations, interest groups, or in the field of lobbying is desired, as well as a fine understanding of political issues and the ability to develop lasting networks.
