Junior Project Manager Construction and Maintenance

Job Information

Our diverse logistics buildings and building technology systems are monitored and controlled by a central department at the Altishofen location. To support the various systems and to process projects in this area, we are looking for you to strengthen the team as a Junior Project Manager Construction and Maintenance (a).

Area of Responsibility

• Independent management of partial and total projects in the new construction and renovation sector
• Execution scheduling, construction site logistics, as well as cost planning and cost tracking
• Leading construction meetings including minute-taking
• You create construction/performance descriptions and tenders
• You coordinate specialist planners and internal as well as external tradespeople
• You organize and supervise the work on the construction site and ensure compliance with our quality requirements
• You monitor standards and safety regulations, deadlines and costs
• You hand over the construction project including defect rectification and warranty acceptance

Requirement Profile

• Completed training in the construction sector
• Ideally initial professional experience in construction management or in a comparable function
• Further training in the field of construction management, construction planning or construction management is an advantage
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working paired with assertiveness
• Strong cost and quality awareness as well as high teamwork and communication skills
• High social competence, leadership strength and quick comprehension
• Practice-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and focus on order and safety on the construction site
• Willingness to travel, predominantly within Switzerland
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; further language skills are an advantage
