Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership of around 20 employees
• Training, promoting, and further educating employees
• Assessing employees as well as conducting annual reviews
• Implementing the sales strategy, ensuring professional market development
• Presenting new ideas and concepts as well as helping with the development of new products and projects
• Ensuring smooth processes and operations
• Optimizing process flows, developing measures regarding productivity increase and cost optimization
• Supporting customer advisors with Key Accounts and important projects
• Acting as a member of the management board

Your profile

• Technical basic training in the wood, interior finishing, or metal construction industry
• Professional experience in personnel leadership, consulting, sales, and project management
• Further education as a leadership specialist, Business Administrator HF, Technical Merchant, or Technician HF
• Ability to motivate, challenge, and promote employees
• Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting as well as a confident appearance with high negotiation competence
• Solution- and service-oriented way of working as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
• High sense of quality and responsibility and enthusiasm for personnel leadership with high social competence
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• German: proficient (C2) / French: knowledge is an advantage (B1-2)
