Your mission Our client, a recognized Swiss banking player, accompanies a demanding clientele composed of wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs, and families in their long-term patrimonial reflections. As part of the development of its activities, we are looking for a Wealth Planning and Patrimonial Consulting Manager to lead a team of specialists and actively contribute to the development of a high-value-added activity. Your mission: As a team leader and industry expert, you play a key role in supporting clients and developing the skills of your collaborators. You intervene on complex patrimonial issues while contributing to the implementation of the establishment's strategy. Your main responsibilities: - Supervise, support, and develop a team of specialists - Decline strategic orientations into clear and motivating objectives - Foster engagement, performance, and skill development among collaborators - Support a clientele of entrepreneurs, managers, and families on complex patrimonial issues - Advise clients in the areas of providence, retirement, taxation, and patrimonial transmission - Develop and strengthen relationships with clients thanks to your expertise and network - Collaborate closely with wealth management, private client, and business client teams - Promote a healthy risk culture conforming to current regulatory requirements Your profile - University or higher education in the fields of finance, taxation, wealth management, or equivalent training in Switzerland - Confirmed experience in wealth planning, patrimonial planning, or complex patrimonial consulting - Solid experience with entrepreneurs - Successful experience in team management, supervision, or development - Excellent relational skills, ability to convince and unite - Sense of commercial development and taste for networking - Strategic vision, initiative, and results-oriented - Perfect mastery of French and German Date of entry: - Immediately or by agreement You want to put your patrimonial expertise, leadership, and vision at the service of a demanding clientele?
