Your responsibilities ## • Design and dimension reinforced concrete and/or prestressed concrete structures according to current standards. • Perform structural calculations (modeling, verifications, dimensioning of load-bearing elements) and analyze results. • Participate in the development of plans, calculation notes, and technical files, in coordination with other stakeholders. • Contribute to feasibility studies, preliminary designs, and execution projects, taking into account technical, architectural, and budgetary constraints. • Ensure the consistency of design choices with durability requirements (concrete durability, cover, protection, risk management). • Coordinate interfaces with architects, surveyors, companies, and other specialties (HVAC, electricity, civil engineering/infrastructure according to project). • Prepare and participate in design reviews and construction site/technical coordination meetings. • Contribute to the drafting of compliance documents and the traceability of calculation hypotheses.     ## Required skills and qualifications ## • Civil engineering degree (EPF/HES/equivalent) with specialization in structures. • Proven experience in the dimensioning of concrete structures (reinforced and/or prestressed concrete). • Mastery of standards and calculation bases applicable in Switzerland (regulatory approach and safety requirements). • Strong skills in structural modeling and verification (static analysis, resistance and serviceability verifications). • Good understanding of durability principles and sustainable design of concrete structures. • Mastery of structural calculation and design tools (modeling/reinforcement software according to internal practices). • Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation (calculation notes, reports, specifications). • Rigor, sense of responsibility, and quality orientation while respecting deadlines. • Professional communication in French, with ease in working in a team and presenting technical choices.   What you will gain by joining us ## • Concrete and varied projects, with high technical requirements and real added value. • A collaborative work environment, where the exchange of expertise and continuous improvement are encouraged. • An inclusive culture respectful of diversity, promoting equal opportunities and everyone's engagement. • Opportunities for evolution according to your skills (structural expertise, technical coordination, project responsibilities).
