We are looking for a:: CNC-Polymechaniker Your tasks: Setup, operation, and processing: Independent setup and operation of modern 5-axis milling machines for the production of components with high precision - from prototypes to small series. CAD/CAM integration: Depending on the workplace, use of CAD and CAM systems for programming and optimizing production processes. Versatility: Production of the entire range of different materials and shapes. Quality assurance: Independent control of the produced components in close cooperation with the QS department. Process development: Shaping and optimizing production processes in cooperation with the production planning department. Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 2-shift system. Perspective to take over technical responsibility for a small team (2-3 employees) if suitable. Your profile: Completed training in a technical or industrial profession as a polymechanician in the field of CNC production and further training in CAM and CAD (ideally TopSolid). Experience in handling 5-axis milling machines and in-depth knowledge of CNC programming. Precise working, technical understanding, and team skills.
