In order to support its development, it is currently looking for a Mandate Manager in fiduciary services to ensure the follow-up of various files and progressively advise its clientele.
Your tasks at your new employer
You autonomously ensure the bookkeeping and monitoring of accounts for a clientele from various sectors, while guaranteeing reliable and close support
You participate in annual closings, the preparation of financial statements and VAT returns, and contribute to the production of periodic reporting
You take charge of tax returns for natural and legal persons and progressively support clients with their accounting, tax, and administrative issues
You manage payroll, social security contributions, and the various administrative procedures related to personnel, while ensuring rigorous follow-up of the assigned files
You participate, depending on your experience and interests, in more specialized mandates in the fields of auditing, valuation, restructuring, or business succession
You offer your new employer
You have a recognized higher education, completed or in progress, in accounting, finance, or fiduciary services, such as a Federal Diploma, a Bachelor's, or a Federal Diploma in the field
You benefit from professional experience in a fiduciary or with a tax authority and wish to continue developing your knowledge through contact with diversified mandates
You communicate with ease with a varied clientele and have excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, VAT, as well as payroll management
You master the IT tools necessary for the daily management of your mandates and demonstrate a real interest in digitalization and new technologies
You demonstrate autonomy, an excellent sense of organization and priorities, while enjoying exchanges with clients and working within a small team
