Caretaker Work location St. Gallen Workload 100% Start of work immediately or by arrangement What awaits you <br /> • You look after and manage the objects and facilities assigned to you • You carry out control and condition rounds and report deficiencies as well as damage • You process fault reports, tickets and user inquiries • You coordinate and supervise maintenance, cleaning and repair work • You carry out minor repairs and fix simple technical faults • You ensure the safety, order and operational readiness of the buildings and facilities and perform on-call duty <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • You have a completed vocational apprenticeship in a manual field • You bring technical understanding as well as manual dexterity • You bring good German skills in speaking and writing • You handle common IT tools and digital work tools confidently • You work independently, reliably and service-oriented • You possess a driving license category B and are ready to take on on-call assignments <br /> Ready for us?
