Share What awaits you? ## • Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal client portfolio • Ensuring competent advice on financing issues (housing) as well as standardized advice on the topics of investing and retirement planning • Development of needs-based solutions by taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situation of the customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range • Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers • Participation in target-group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events and representative tasks What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training or comparable training as well as completed further education in the financial sector • In-depth specialist knowledge in the areas of investing, retirement planning and financing • Good communication skills, high social competence, ability to work in a team and flexibility • Dynamic, entrepreneurial way of working with a strong customer and sales orientation • Enjoyment of proactive customer contact • Solution-oriented negotiation skills with closing strength
