In order to further expand our branch in St.Gallen, we are therefore looking for you as the new Head of Construction/Craft. The function combines two central tasks: the establishment of the department and the leadership and further development of a team of recruitment consultants in the craft and construction trades.

Job Description

• Sales Development
• Take responsibility for the development and growth of the Craft/Construction sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the sector in St.Gallen and the surrounding area.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive presence with companies in the Construction/Craft sector.
• Actively participate in the strategy and further development of the sector.
• Customer Acquisition
• Acquire new customers and build long-term business relationships.
• Maintain and further develop existing customers.
• Offer and implement solutions.
• Build a strong network in the Craft/Construction sector.
• Lead by example
• Recruit and place personnel for various professions in the Craft/Construction sector.
• Accompany customers and employees throughout the entire assignments.
• Build and maintain a own customer and business portfolio in crafts.
• Lead and promote the team
• Lead, support and further develop a team of recruitment consultants in the craft sector.
• Actively accompany employees in daily business and in business development.
• Set goals, monitor results and initiate suitable measures to achieve goals.
• Create a positive, performance-oriented team culture that is focused on customer satisfaction.

Requirement Profile

• Demonstrable experience in recruitment, ideally in the craft industry or in construction.
• Leadership experience or a pronounced ability to lead, promote and motivate a team.
• Strong sales talent and enjoyment of business development.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, independence and sense of responsibility with good communication skills
