For our client, an internationally active industrial company in the St. Gallen area, we are looking for a committed and independent personality as

Export Clerk 100% (a), St. Gallen

Your tasks:

• Support and processing of spare parts orders throughout the entire process - from the recording of customer requirements to on-time delivery
• Preparation and control of the necessary documents for international goods shipment
• Organization and monitoring of transports for technical components and machines to various countries
• Examination of relevant trade and customs requirements as well as ensuring correct export processing
• Ongoing coordination with international customers, logistics partners, and internal interfaces to comply with agreed delivery dates
• Analysis of existing workflows and participation in the further development of efficient processes in the export and spare parts area

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in export or foreign trade
• Professional experience in export processing; knowledge in the spare parts business is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of customs matters and international shipping processes
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems
• Fluent German skills and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working with a strong understanding of service
• Enjoyment in working with different contact persons in an international environment
