We are looking for qualified reinforcement per sofort for our client in Laufen as: HR Specialist 60-80% (a) Your tasks • Independent handling of the entire personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment through entries and exits to the processing of insurance cases and the creation of certificates. • Responsibility for client administration including entries and exits as well as mutations of service agreements. • Creation and evaluation of personnel statistics as well as support in HR controlling. • Preparation of employment contracts, personnel agreements, employment references and individual continuing education agreements. • Preparation of payroll-relevant data and maintenance of master personnel data in close cooperation with the external fiduciary office. • Assumption of the function as the Data Protection Officer of the foundation. • Collaboration on exciting HR projects and active contribution to the further development of HR processes. • Support in the maintenance and further development of the time recording system Your profile • Completed commercial training as well as further training as an HR Specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis). • Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function. • Confident handling of common MS Office applications. • Good knowledge of labor and social insurance law is an advantage. • Ideally, you already have experience in the social sector. • You are an open, empathetic and integral personality with an independent, structured and responsible way of working Do you have any questions?
