Job Description
You are responsible for the proper functioning of the production machines: maintenance, adjustments, repairs and troubleshooting
You ensure the setup of the various calibers and models on the automated lines
You guarantee the manufacture and/or maintenance of the tooling necessary for the proper running of the assembly lines
A driver in the development and modernization of production equipment, you bring continuous improvements to the manufacturing of products and prototypes
You are the guarantor of the quality of the final product according to technical specifications
You participate actively in production
Profile
You have a CFC in polymechanic or an equivalent training
Required Skills
Flexible and stress-resistant, you are willing to work in shift schedules (2 alternating shifts)
You show a marked interest in new technologies and are open to training
Autonomous and endowed with a spirit of initiative, you are rigorous and solution-oriented
You demonstrate interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
Languages
Mastery of French, German is a plus
