Data Protection & Business Continuity Manager:* Your tasks You are the first point of contact for data protection issues within Ringier Medien Schweiz and ensure that we process personal data in a legally compliant and responsible manner. You accompany new projects around data and AI in our dynamic media environment and ensure that innovation, business requirements and compliance work together sensibly. You are responsible for the Business Continuity and Incident Response Plan, so that we remain capable of acting safely even in the event of an emergency. You maintain the data protection register (ROPA) and ensure that we comply with all legal requirements regarding AI and data protection. You create clear guidelines and raise awareness of legal risks throughout the company through training. Your profile You have completed training in the field of data protection and have several years of professional experience in a comparable role. You have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements, particularly in data protection law, the DSGVO and the EU AI Act. You can not only advise, but also make decisions and/or take them yourself. You have pronounced social skills to mediate between different interest groups at eye level. You enjoy moving in a dynamic environment and taking on responsibility.
