St-Maurice | 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Establish the budget of the Patrouille des Glaciers, launch calls for tenders and contribute to the corresponding reporting tasks • Carry out the PISA control for the staff and plan the commitment of militia personnel • Lead projects, develop contracts, directives, regulations and prescriptions, and conduct related negotiations • Update the Patrouille des Glaciers website and intranet, carry out demanding translation work • Respond to requests from Patrouille des Glaciers members (4500-5000 members from over 35 countries) • Manage the affairs of the Patrouille des Glaciers command according to its directives <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • CFC commercial employee, higher professional training with several years of experience or equivalent training • Ideally, officer or non-commissioned officer rank with experience in administrative management of military personnel • In-depth knowledge in the financial field • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, military personnel management and army controls as well as PISA and MIL Office • Very good knowledge of a second official language, both spoken and written, and mastery of English <br /> In a few words In this versatile role, you assume responsibilities, coordinate, plan and support, as a specialist, the organization of the Patrouille des Glaciers which takes place every two years, and ensure follow-up. Playing a pivotal role in the fields of finance, project management and militia personnel planning, you contribute to the smooth functioning of a well-established team.
