Your tasks • Functional and personnel leadership of approx. 25 employees of the Positioning Care team • Ensuring professional, safe, and high-quality patient positioning in the operating area • Planning, organization, and coordination of daily workflows within the area of responsibility • Responsibility for efficient personnel deployment and smooth processes in everyday OR operations • Promotion, support, and further development of employees • Active participation in the further development of positioning care as well as interprofessional cooperation • Close cooperation with OR nursing, anesthesia, medical services, and other interdisciplinary interfaces • Participation in the preparation and commissioning of our new building, which we will occupy in January 2027 with a total of 18 modern operating rooms Your profile • Completed training as a specialist in positioning care or the willingness to complete this • Sound specialist knowledge and practical experience in positioning care • Ideally initial leadership experience as well as completed or planned further training in the field of leadership and management • Pronounced social, communication, and organizational competence • Joy in the leadership and development of employees • Resilient, responsible, and team-oriented personality • High service orientation as well as a strong awareness of quality and safety • Willingness to actively help shape changes and to support the establishment of new structures and processes Excellent medicine.
