What you bring with you: A completed architecture degree (ETH/FH) or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in leading demanding planning and execution projects. Sound knowledge of SIA phases 3–5 as well as experience in BIM-supported processes and ideally in agile project management. Confidence in financial management and controlling of complex construction projects. Confident appearance in dealing with clients, authorities, and project partners. Leadership strength, organizational skills, and a motivating, team-oriented personality with high quality standards. Calmness, overview, and decision-making strength even in demanding situations. Business fluent German; French and English are an advantage. What awaits you: You lead demanding architecture projects independently across all project phases – from planning to implementation. In doing so, you coordinate clients, authorities, planning participants, and contractors and ensure a smooth process in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs.
