Sales Consultant (m/f) Telecommunications 100%

For our client, Swisscom (Schweiz) AG, we are looking for one or more Sales Consultant (Multimedia / Telecommunications / Consumer Electronics) 100% for the Basel Stadt location, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

• Advice and sale of services across the entire portfolio
• Assistance with store design and product presentation
• Enthuse customers and ensure best customer satisfaction
• Completion of special assignments as instructed by the store manager
• Operation of the cash register

We expect:

• Completed apprenticeship as a salesperson / retail specialist / or comparable / certificate of ability / EFZ / EBA, but career changers are also welcome
• Experience in telecommunications / multimedia / consumer electronics
• Experience in customer care
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German skills
• Confident appearance
• Technical affinity
• High customer orientation
