Your Field of Responsibility Do you understand buildings as multi-layered systems and combine a holistic view with a strong eye for detail? As a Project Manager in the area of Lifecycle Management, you analyze existing properties regarding their structural condition and, based on this, develop meaningful renovation recommendations for the future. Here, you take on responsibility and contribute your technical, social, and communicative strengths. Your tasks include in particular: Independent execution of structural and strategic building analyses (multi-family houses, commercial, special, and operator real estate) Preparation, processing, and analysis of various real estate data using modern software tools Support and further development of advisory mandates for existing and new institutional clients Support in the further development of our services, software tools, and digital solutions Qualifications Your Profile Basic training in the main construction trade or as a Zeichner:in EFZ specializing in architecture or civil engineering, supplemented by several years of professional experience; further training as a dipl. Techniker:in HF, dipl. Bauleiter:in, Architekt:in FH, or Bauingenieur:in FH is an advantage.
