Construction and water treatment project manager (M/F/D)

Job description:

Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a position to ensure the complete management of technical projects related to water treatment, hydraulic installations, and technical infrastructures.

Reporting to the technical management, you will take charge of various projects, from the initial study to the final commissioning of the installations.

Your responsibilities:

Project management and site supervision

• Ensure the global management of technical projects in the fields of water treatment, hydraulic installations, and technical equipment.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the different stages of the projects.
• Develop execution plans and ensure technical monitoring of the works.
• Supervise construction sites and coordinate the various stakeholders (clients, suppliers, subcontractors, technical offices, and internal teams).
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure regular reporting to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards as well as professional and structural risk prevention rules.
• Ensure commissioning, technical inspections, and acceptance of the installations.

Technical and financial studies

• Perform technical calculations for dimensioning and layout.
• Participate in the design of technical solutions adapted to client needs.
• Prepare requests for offers from suppliers and partners.
• Establish quotes, tenders, and budget estimates.
• Monitor realization costs and ensure financial control of the projects.

Administrative management and customer relations

• Ensure the administrative follow-up of projects and construction sites.
• Write technical reports, minutes, and monitoring documents.
• Participate in business development and customer follow-up.
• Advise clients on technical solutions and ensure professional support throughout the projects.
• Maintain a lasting relationship of trust with partners and clients.

Profile sought:

Your skills:

Higher technical education of the type:

• HES Engineer or ES Technician in mechanics, hydraulics, civil engineering, Bachelor/Master in architecture with a constructive technical orientation, or training deemed equivalent.
• Federal CVS mastery or training deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience in technical project management and site monitoring.
• Solid knowledge in the field of building and technical installations.
• Experience in water treatment, swimming pools, hydraulic installations, or wellness infrastructures constitutes a real asset.
• Mastery of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of technical drawing and CAD/CAM software appreciated.
• Excellent mastery of French, with good knowledge of German and/or English.
• Driving license indispensable.
