Your task – Close to people Your future area of responsibility Guidance and involvement of our learners and people with special needs in everyday work Reporting, client documentation and independent coordination and implementation of all progress meetings Development planning and target agreements in compliance with training specifications Collaboration with IV offices, legal representatives, external and internal specialists Training responsibility for PrA- EBA- and EFZ-learners in retail Work in retail and bistro as well as with seasonal decorations Your profile You have a completed EFZ vocational training in retail or the food sector and several years of professional experience You have a completed training in the agogic or social sector and several years of professional experience in a comparable position (mandatory) You enjoy taking on responsibility, work in a structured manner and think in terms of business administration You have experience in vocational training You meet people with support needs with respect, patience and enthusiasm and support them competently in everyday life You are a strong communicator and take on a role model function You work independently, structured and team-oriented You are resilient, flexible and keep a cool head even in hectic situations What we offer you Meaningful work in a social and appreciative environment A lot of freedom to implement your own ideas 5 weeks of vacation, fair salary and generous employee discount A cheerful specialist team We will be happy to show you further benefits in person
