Your Role

In this varied function, you accompany our private customers on the way to their new kitchen. You combine technical understanding with creativity and personal advice and develop solutions that are convincing both functionally and visually. In doing so, you take on responsibility, contribute your ideas, and accompany our customers from the first consultation to the successful implementation of their new kitchen. Your manual know-how is the ideal foundation for this. Experience in kitchen sales is an advantage, but not a must.

You can look forward to the following activities

• You accompany our private customers in the showroom and on-site on the way to their new kitchen.
• From the offer to the measurement to the assembly and invoicing, you maintain an overview and ensure successful implementation.
• You sell kitchens, small orders, and individual additional services in accordance with the wishes and needs of our customers.
• For kitchen replacements, you plan smaller renovations and ensure that all parties involved work together optimally.
• Together with your team, you look after our showroom and participate in customer events.

With these skills, you are well-equipped

• A completed training in interior design, ideally as a Schreiner*in EFZ, or several years of experience in the sale of kitchen furniture.
• You combine technical understanding with a good sense of colors, shapes, and design.
• Enjoying interaction with people, a winning appearance, and genuine interest in consulting and sales characterize you.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not a must. Much more important are your motivation and your joy in learning new things.
• Independent working, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented way of thinking round off your profile.
