Introduction

For our client, an established fiduciary company in Switzerland, we are looking for a committed personality as Mandate Manager Fiduciary 80-100%. In this function, you will support SMEs in various financial, tax, and administrative matters. A versatile environment with direct customer contact, responsibility, and good development opportunities awaits you.

Tasks

• Independent support and advisory of SME mandates in fiduciary topics
• Responsibility for financial and payroll accounting as well as periodic closings
• Preparation and control of VAT and social security statements
• Preparation of tax returns for companies and private individuals
• Collaboration on audit mandates and other special tasks
• Professional guidance of clerks and support in their further development

Profile

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary or Accounting; Expert Diploma is an advantage
• Several years of experience in the fiduciary environment
• Enjoyment of customer contact, advisory, and independent mandate management
• High quality standards and precise, goal-oriented way of working
• Good IT affinity; knowledge of common fiduciary and accounting systems is an advantage
• Service-oriented, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Interest in a long-term task with development perspectives
