We are recruiting for a contract with a maximum duration of 15 months to ensure the replacement of a female colleague within our Marketing & Sponsoring team in the position of Marketing Project Manager 80% Your missions • Imagine creative concepts for marketing campaigns related to banking products and services • Select and brief advertising agencies based on the typology of the campaigns • Manage the planning and optimization of media buys for physical channels (press, radio, TV, outdoor advertising, POS) and digital channels (digital out-of-home, social networks, SEA) • Measure the impact of campaigns and continuously improve the setup to reach objectives • Contribute to the development of our newsletter strategy in collaboration with internal and external partners (management tool, KPI, data protection) Your profile • Higher education in marketing, advertising or communication (Master, HEG or equivalent) • Proven experience in a similar function of at least 3 years in services marketing • Competence in managing 360° marketing campaigns • Ease in project management with external and internal interlocutors • Mastery of creative tools (Adobe, Canva) • Experience in using Meta and Google Ads tools and marketing automation tools Your personal qualities • Excellent verbal and visual skills and sharp written communication skills • Ability to work with great rigor and particular attention to detail • Strong affinity for the evolution of behaviors and impacts on society and marketing professions • Sense of responsibility and pronounced spirit of initiative
