Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100%The contribution you can make * Take over the management of the Controlling division on a technical, organizational, and personnel level * Be responsible for the budget, the financial plan, and the financial management of the Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (UFCL) * Draft the message concerning the budget and the actual figures * Develop and optimize analytical accounting as well as controlling tools * Direct and coordinate IT controlling (as the person in charge of IT controlling) * Direct projects aimed at the optimization and digitalization of controlling processes What distinguishes you * Tertiary-level education in the financial or business administration field * Proven multi-year professional experience * Goal and result orientation * Interest in elaborating complex issues in a solution-oriented and recipient-appropriate manner * In-depth knowledge of planning and management tools and methods; knowledge of the Federal Administration constitutes a preferential qualification * Broad general knowledge and experience in the public procurement sector * Good knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of a third In summary You will relate data, strategy, and leadership, thereby creating the basis for effective decision-making processes and for a future-oriented management of the UFCL.
