We are looking for an SMI Section Manager to lead and develop the quality management system within the company.

Job description ###

You will notably be responsible for defining, managing, and leading the quality management system, while ensuring its relevance and effectiveness in connection with the company's objectives. You will also ensure document control, the monitoring of KPI performance indicators, as well as the implementation of continuous improvement actions.

You will plan and conduct internal audits related to the IMS and ensure the implementation of preventive and corrective quality actions, as well as the updates to the associated documentation.

Profile ###

Higher diploma in the technical field and/or quality management
Good mastery of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards
Knowledge of the ISO 14001 standard: an asset
TQ3 training or equivalent training in the field of quality
Training or experience in project management
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
Leadership, rigor, autonomy and excellent organizational skills
