For an owner-managed planning and architecture office in Glattal that has been in operation since the late 1980s, we are looking for reinforcement in residential construction. The SME with around 24 employees covers all SIA phases -- from the feasibility study via design, building application and execution to the turnkey handover of single-family and multi-family houses as well as conversions, renovations and selected commercial buildings. The hierarchy is flat, the culture collegial and personal. The workplace is located in a modern commercial building with a solar facade, good public transport connections and a gym in the building.

As an architect or as a building drafter, you will participate in the planning phases in which your strengths lie. Design or execution planning -- the area of responsibility will be defined together. You will support the project management and work together with clients, specialist planners, authorities and contractors.

Tasks

• Taking over and working through residential construction projects in the design phase or in the execution planning
• Creating building application plans or execution and detail plans
• Processing the associated planning questions
• Coordination within the team and with external partners

Profile

• Degree as Architect FH / ETH / Uni or as Building Drafter / Drafter EFZ Building Construction
• Knowledge of planning processes and permit procedures
• Constructive knowledge in execution and detail planning
• Experience in Swiss residential construction and with Swiss construction standards
• In-depth CAD knowledge, ArchiCAD, planning in 3D
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Independent, structured, conscientious and exact way of working
• Mandatory business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• Holistic and economic thinking
• Resilient, communicative and flexible personality
