The position -------- As a Marketing Specialist, you drive the growth of Inved: acquisition, brand, and conversion, across all our offers. You define the marketing strategy and implement it yourself, on a daily basis. It is a hybrid and hands-on role: you move from a quarterly plan to setting up a campaign, from a dashboard to a video script. You supervise a small team and external partners, and you report measurable results. Your responsibilities -------------------- Strategy and management * Define the marketing strategy and growth objectives, in connection with management * Manage the marketing budget and arbitrate investments by channel according to ROI * Track key KPIs (CAC, conversion rate, qualified leads, LTV) and report on them every month Acquisition and growth * Manage paid campaigns: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube * Develop SEO and visibility in search engines and AI tools * Build and optimize conversion funnels * Implement emailing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation * Launch tests (A/B, landing pages, offers) and iterate quickly Content and brand * Promote the Inved brand and strengthen its image as an independent and trusted expert * Supervise the editorial line: social media, video, blog, podcast, newsletter * Enhance the presence of the founder and experts as spokespeople * Manage and intervene in the production of video, photo, visual, and text content: brief creators, coordinate shoots, and validate quality Data and tools * Structure tracking, CRM, and marketing dashboards * Integrate AI and automation into processes to gain efficiency Team and collaboration * Supervise the marketing team, freelancers, and agencies * Work hand in hand with the sales, product, and consulting teams Your profile ------------ Essential * Experience in digital marketing and content creation * Proven results in digital acquisition and B2C lead generation * Mastery of advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads), analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), and CRM or marketing automation (HubSpot or equivalent) * Solid data culture: you decide based on figures * Excellent writing skills in French and sense of content, particularly video and social media * Entrepreneurial spirit: autonomous, results-oriented, comfortable in an agile structure A plus * Experience in real estate, finance, fintech, or online education * Knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss market * Practice of AI tools applied to marketing * English and/or German What we offer ------------------- * A key position with a direct impact on growth * Great autonomy and the freedom to build your strategy * An engaged, human-sized team, and fast decisions * Offices in Vevey and in Sion * Investment in your skills and your development Practical info --------------- Permanent Employment Rate of activity 100% Location Vevey (VD) Start date to be agreed How to apply ---------------- Send your complete application file (CV, Cover letter, Portfolio, examples, etc...)
