Plant Operator

We produce and sell bakery ingredients to the baker, pastry, and confectionery trade as well as the baked goods industry. For our location Küssnacht am Rigi SZ, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement for a Plant Operator (100%, m/f/d) Your main tasks \- Operation, changeover, and monitoring of the plants \- Implementation of internal process controls \- Filling out the plant-specific quality and verification documents \- Implementation and monitoring of cleaning work on the plants, on the line, and in the surrounding area \- Rectifying technical faults on the plants together with the maintenance mechanics \- Ensuring the inspection plan for quality control including logging of the production orders \- Active cooperation in production \- Normal operation in 1.5 shifts and occasionally in 2 or 3 shift operation Your optimal profile \- Sound knowledge in food production \- Completed EFZ training, preferably as a plant operator, food technologist, or comparable \- Good German skills in speaking and writing \- Forklift license is an advantage Our offer We offer you a demanding, independent and interesting activity with progressive employment conditions and excellent social benefits as well as collegial interaction in a small team with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes.
