MEASUREMENT TECHNICIAN (80-100%) Inwil LU YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY You ensure the metrological inspection of our demanding precision parts and contribute significantly to process and product quality. Your focus: Programming and operating modern 3D coordinate measuring machines from Zeiss Machines: Zeiss Contura / Zeiss Duramax / Zeiss O-Inspect Software: Zeiss Calypso Programming location – directly at the machine in production / Offline programming station in QC Programming type – Standard / PCM Creating measurement strategies based on technical drawings and specifications From prototype to validated serial item Creating simple / multiple clamping devices / measurement pallets Supervising the «We-Tower» - Automated system (Technical novelty) Optimizing measurement programs Increasing machine performance Performing internal maintenance on 3D coordinate measuring machines Performing internal training in the field of measurement technology Performing measurement equipment capability studies Error analysis and troubleshooting during malfunctions of coordinate measuring machines Close cooperation with production, engineering, and quality assurance YOUR COMPETENCIES You work accurately, reliably, and independently. With your technical understanding and your eye for detail, you recognize deviations early and ensure precise measurement results. Completed basic technical training (e.g., Polymechaniker/in EFZ) Several years of professional experience (>5 years) in industrial measurement technology Extensive experience in programming 3D coordinate measuring machines (ideally Zeiss / Calypso) AUKOM certificate «Messtechniker» is an advantage Experience in the field of machining Strong quality awareness as well as an exact, clean, and structured way of working Flexibility, sense of duty, and sense of order Teamwork skills as well as a solution-oriented way of working German language skills in speaking and writing, English language skills are an advantage YOUR PERSPECTIVES A versatile task awaits you with a direct influence on our product quality.
