L-EOC the multi-site hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1-000 beds. The organization allows for the effective combination of a local approach and an overview, guaranteeing the population a global and local hospital offering, regardless of the location where services are required. Thanks to the commitment and competence of the over 6-500 collaborators and their attention towards the human relationship, l-EOC ensures quality healthcare by taking care of over 41'000 inpatient patients per year and providing over 600'000 outpatient consultations. The following position is aimed at candidates who wish to submit a spontaneous application as Nurse in general care # Profile ## The nursing service of the Istituto Cardiocentro Ticino employs approximately 130 collaborators distributed across the departments of cardiology and cardiac and thoracic surgery, in a care context based on the relationship. Necessary requirements ## • Diploma of nurse (Bachelor SUPSI) or; • Diploma of nurse (SSSCI) or; • Diploma of nurse obtained in other Swiss Cantons or; • Degree in nursing care (Italy or other countries) recognized by the Swiss Red Cross; • Disposition for quality service oriented towards the patient, for interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and for transparent communication; • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and potentially a second national language; • Knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package) is indispensable.
