SME Client Advisor (M/F)

For our client based in Genève, we are actively looking for an SME Client Advisor.

Your responsibilities ##

On behalf of our client, a recognized banking institution, we are looking for an SME Client Advisor wishing to support companies in their activities and contribute to the commercial development of the bank.

In this capacity, you:

• Manage, develop, and retain a portfolio of SME clients by providing personalized and high value-added advice.
• Analyze your clients' needs and support them in their financing, investment, and day-to-day management projects.
• Propose adapted solutions regarding credits, investments, cash management, pension planning, and banking services.
• Develop your portfolio through targeted prospecting actions and the maintenance of a quality professional network.
• Identify commercial opportunities and actively contribute to the business growth of your sector.
• Prepare and analyze credit files while ensuring rigorous monitoring of commitments.
• Collaborate closely with internal specialists in order to offer global support meeting the specific needs of companies.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as the regulatory requirements applicable to the banking sector.

Your profile ##

• Holder of a Swiss banking training or a degree deemed equivalent.
• You benefit from successful experience in the management and advice of an SME clientele within a banking institution in Switzerland.
• You possess solid knowledge of banking products intended for companies as well as the Swiss economic fabric.
• You master financial analysis and are comfortable in the assessment of risks related to financing.
• Equipped with an excellent commercial sense, you know how to develop lasting relationships of trust with your clients.
• You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a strong spirit of initiative.
• Recognized for your negotiation skills and your results orientation, you enjoy taking on commercial challenges.
• Team spirit, sense of service, and interpersonal skills complete your profile.
